We are a modern men’s barbershop with a classic structure and foundation. Our team specializes in advanced scissor work, classic hot towel shaving, precise fading, and sharp detail work.

Marco began his journey with Bello By Daniel Ross as an intern in November 2016. While Studying the fundamentals of barbering and developing his technical skills at Bello, Marco attended Christine Valmy Hair School, where he received his license in cosmetology. Marco’s vision was to grow The Bello Brand which sparked the partnership of Bello by Marco with Daniel Ross. Together their combined vision is to provide growth and opportunity to their team with an educational structure and vibrant culture.

Following his mother and uncle’s footsteps, Nick began cutting his friend’s and families hair in high school.
Nick then enrolled in Christine Valmy Cosmetology school, obtaining his cosmetology license. While at Christine Valmy, Nick took a barbering course by Bello’s owner/founder Daniel Ross. Nick showed a true passion for barbering, a tremendous work ethic, and a natural talent during the class.
He was immediately offered an internship position and excelled through the Bello internship program graduating from apprentice to barber. Nick continues to hone his skills and master his craft while displaying a true passion for barbering and styling.

Meet Don! Don was born and raised in the town of Boonton, NJ. He is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt, fish, hike and draw but more importantly spend time with his loving wife and daughter.
His first insight into the barbering world came from his Uncle Thomas who was a very successful barber and a great influence in guiding Don towards barbering. Don worked in various other jobs but couldn’t find a career that gave him fulfillment or happiness. It wasn’t until his sister, who had always mentioned barbering, reminded him that barbering would be an amazing career for him like their Uncle Thomas.
He decided to jump in and enrolled in Cutting Edge Barbering Academy where he obtained his license. After Graduation, he joined the Bello Team where he trained under our head educators developing his skills and honing his craft. Don’s goal is to continue developing as a barber, improving everyday and simply make his clients and family happy.

Victor is a graduate of Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics & Cosmetology. Prior to going to barbering school, Victor was always around the barbershop getting his haircut at Bello by his good friend Marco.
Some of his friends in high school mentioned he should be a barber since he was always in the barbershop, but never took it seriously. However, all that changed when he took a trip to the Philippines and went to a barbershop there. He looked around at the barbers and noticed how happy they were and how much they enjoyed working.
At that moment, he realized barbering was the perfect career. Once he arrived back in the US, he immediately met with Marco, enrolled at Christine Valmy and began training at Bello with our head educators jump-starting his barbering career.
Victor has learned what he loves most about barbering is seeing the improvement of his skills from each haircut and that happiness he gets when a client truly loves their haircut.
