Daniel Ross is the founder and owner of Bello by Daniel Ross and Bello by Marco. A graduate of the Parisian Academy, A Paul Mitchell Partner School, and Montclair State University, Daniel holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Management and Marketing. His passion for barbering began in 2004 while attending Saint Peter’s Prep, where he started cutting hair for classmates and faculty.
Daniel went on to hone his craft professionally at Joseph’s Salon (2009–2012) and Michael Jay’s Barbering Co. (2012–2016) before launching Bello by Daniel Ross in 2016. In addition to being a skilled barber and entrepreneur, Daniel has been an educator in the industry for over a decade, teaching and mentoring barbers across the globe.
His vision for Bello is to build a platform where passionate professionals can grow, thrive, and achieve lasting success in the hair industry.

Will was born and raised in Morristown, NJ, and has always been a passionate artist. He enjoys drawing, painting, writing, playing music, and singing—creative outlets that fuel his work as a barber. Known for his adventurous spirit, Will brings a wealth of personal stories and experiences that both clients and team members love hearing.
He graduated from Cutting Edge Academy in 2024, where he began his journey into the world of barbering. Before that, he worked in his family’s business, designing and building custom fireplaces and mantels. When his father became ill, Will stepped in as one of his primary caregivers. This experience inspired him to explore nursing, but it ultimately led him to realize he was searching for a career that allowed him to combine creativity with personal connection. That’s when he found barbering—the perfect balance of artistic freedom and making people feel their best.
Will trained under Daniel Ross and the Bello team during his internship, where he learned the importance of precision and truly listening to a client’s vision. Today, he’s a well-rounded barber known for his attention to detail, great conversation, and dedication to delivering top-tier service.

With over 25 years of cutting experience, Rich brings a wealth of knowledge and precision to the Bello team. He is highly regarded for his expertise in long hairstyles and his deep understanding of men’s grooming.
Before joining Bello, Rich was a men's stylist and educator at Bangs Salon in Montclair, where he helped train and mentor aspiring professionals. His passion for the craft is evident in every cut, and he continues to raise the bar with his technical skill and client-focused approach.
Rich lives by the motto: "You're only as good as your last cut," a philosophy that reflects his dedication to excellence and consistency in his work.

Carlos began his journey in barbering in 2011 with a spontaneous decision to give himself a haircut—an experience that revealed his natural talent and sparked a deep passion for the craft. Like many in the industry, he refined his skills by cutting hair for friends and family before pursuing formal training.
He enrolled in the MichaelJay’s Barbering Program, where he trained under founder Daniel Ross and the Michael Jay’s team. Carlos then joined the Bello internship program to continue his advanced training and officially became a full-time barber in May 2016, the same month Bello by Daniel Ross first opened its doors.
Since day one, Carlos has been a dedicated member of the Bello team, consistently showcasing his commitment to the art of barbering and playing a key role in the shop’s growth and success.

Andrew is a Verona native and began cutting his friends and family while studying at Verona high school. His passion for barbering led him to Bello, where he shadowed the Bello team, learning our culture, understanding the client experience, and seeing passionate barbers at work. After high school, he enrolled at Christine Valmy Hair School. He entered our Bello Internship Program, where he worked closely with our team developing the fundamentals and skills of a successful barber. Andrew is now in the final stages of The Bello Internship Program and cutting hair on the floor, and part of the Bello Team.
