Daniel Ross is the owner and founder of Bello by Daniel Ross and Bello By Marco. Daniel is a graduate of Parisian Academy A Paul Mitchell Partner School and Montclair State University, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in both Management and Marketing. He began barbering in 2004 at Saint Peter’s Prep cutting his classmates and faculty. Daniel started cutting professionally at Joseph’s Salon (09-12) and Michael jay’s Barbering Co. (12-16) before opening Bello by Daniel Ross in 2016. Daniel has also been an educator for over ten years and continues to teach worldwide and grow the Bello team. His vision for Bello is to provide passionate barbers with the opportunity to grow and achieve their goals within the hair industry.

Carlos started cutting hair in 2011 when he decided to give himself a haircut. He realized he had a natural talent and passion for the art of barbering and, like many barbers, began cutting his friends and family. Carlos decided to further his skills by taking the MichaelJay’s Barbering Program, where he worked directly with our founder Daniel and the Michael Jays’ team. Carlos then entered Bello’s internship program to continue learning from Daniel, where he advanced his training and became a full-time barber in 2016. During his time at Bello By Daniel Ross, Carlos has continued to grow and flourish and display his passion for barbering.

Rich has 25 years of cutting experience and is an expert in Long hairstyles. Before joining the Bello Team, he was a men's stylist and an educator at Bangs Salon in Montclair.

Giancarlo is a graduate of Parisian Cosmetology School 2022. While in cosmetology school, he began his internship at Bello By Daniel Ross in September 2022. Giancarlo, advanced through our internship program with both passion and amazing efficiency.
He is now taking clients behind the chair and looking to constantly sharpen his skills and advance within the barbering industry. If your looking for a very friendly and detailed barber, book with Giancarlo now!

Andrew is a Verona native and began cutting his friends and family while studying at Verona high school. His passion for barbering led him to Bello, where he shadowed the Bello team, learning our culture, understanding the client experience, and seeing passionate barbers at work. After high school, he enrolled at Christine Valmy Hair School. He entered our Bello Internship Program, where he worked closely with our team developing the fundamentals and skills of a successful barber. Andrew is now in the final stages of The Bello Internship Program and cutting hair on the floor, and part of the Bello Team.
